Tesla Roadster will start @ ₹1.295 crore (US $200,000)
Last week, During Tesla’s semi-truck event night, Elon Reeve Musk (the founder of Tesla, Inc.) unveiled a new sports car that can go from zero to 60 miles an hour in 1.9 seconds. They said that it can travel 0 to ¼ mile (0.0 to 0.4km) distance time in 8.9 seconds, with a top speed above 250 mph (400km/h).
Tesla Motors previously produced the 2008 Roadster, as their first sports car and this article is about Tesla’s second Roadster: Tesla Roadster 2020 the fastest car in the world, with record-setting acceleration, range and performance.
The Tesla Roadster (2020) is an all electric powered four-seater sports car from Tesla, Inc. It has announced on 17 November 2017 that it would be the fastest accelerating production car ever made.
Musk said that Roadster would be the quickest vehicle in the Tesla lineup, with a new acceleration mode called “Maximum Plaid”,.

The base was expected to sell for the US $200,000(₹1.295 crore) but the first 1,000 to be produced, which is called Founder’s Series, will be priced at $250,000((₹1.619 crore).

Design
As an all-electric supercar, Roadster maximizes the potential of aerodynamic-engineering with record-setting performance and efficiency. It is the first supercar to set every performance record and still fit seating for four.
The Tesla Roadster (2020) was designed by Franz von Holzhausen, formerly of Mazda. It will be a 2+2 roadster that means it will have 2 front seats and 2 rear seats with a lightweight, removable Glass Roof stores in the trunk for an open-air, convertible driving experience.
